- 60 day guarantee (In the unlikely event a nanny leaves or the family dismisses the nanny, Premier Nannies will make every effort to replace the nanny free of charge. If we are unable to find a suitable replacement, the placement fee will be refunded on a 60 day pro-rated basis.)
Placement fee schedule:
- Short-term (3 months)-$1200 placement fee
- Long-term (minimum 1 yr. commitment)-$2500
- Placement fees are due at time of hire

Average salaries for Premier Nanny applicants range from $30-35/hour (approximately $1200-$1400/week based on a 40 hr work week).
Hourly rates are negotiated between the nanny and family and are typically based on the applicant’s experience, job responsibilities, and number of children.
